To resolve some of the issues in regards to the K2 Memory Usage Crash, please follow the instructions below.

If you are running Windows Vista or WIndows 7:

Increase the userspace

  1. Visit the Start Menu and type in "cmd" (without the quotes)
  2. Right click cmd.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
  3. Type the following: bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 3072
  4. Restart Windows

If that does not resolve the issue, please try another method:

Use OpenGL

  1. Modify the shortcut to Heroes Of Newerth by right-clicking on the icon and adding the following to the end of the target line:
    • -vid vid_gl2

If you are running Windows XP
