Heroes of Newerth saves a log of the console and a dump of any crash you may encounter. These logs are the most important tool we have for diagnosing your technical issue and must be provided. If you did not provide them in your first inquery please be sure to respond with them, if not take a moment to add them to your ticket. Please note that when Heroes of Newerth restarts, the console.log file is replaced by a new log file. You must provide a log from a HoN session containing your error! (Crash.dmps are not replaced)

These two files are located in the following directories:

Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\My Documents\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Windows Vista/7 C:\Users\[user]\Documents\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Linux ~/.Heroes\ of\ Newerth/game/
Mac /Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Heroes of Newerth/game/


You need to upload these files in a compressed folder (In a ZIP file) as an attachment when creating or replying to your support ticket.

1) Open your console (CTRL+F8)

2) Type in the following (copy paste it to be safe):
SetSave http_printDebugInfo 1
SetSave php_printDebugInfo 1

3) FlushLogs

Then restart HoN and let it error, then submit the console log.
